This privacy policy relates to the NatWest Index web pages hosted by NatWest Stockbrokers Limited. Specific areas within this site are hosted by CMC Spreadbet Plc (“CMC”) (it will be clearly indicated when you are leaving a NatWest Stockbrokers Limited area of the website and entering a CMC hosted area). For CMC hosted areas of the website the CMC Privacy and Security policy will apply (this can be found in an Appendix to the NatWest Index Financial Spread Betting Terms and Conditions).

1. We (NatWest Stockbrokers Limited) and CMC are committed to protecting your privacy during your visits to natwestindex.com and recognise our responsibility to keep any information you may provide to us confidential at all times.
2. We and CMC aim to protect your personal information on the Internet to an equivalent high standard to that which you experience through any other channels through which we may interact with you, such as the telephone.
3. Any personal information you may give to NatWest Stockbrokers will not be disclosed outside the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Any personal information that you provide to CMC will be used in accordance with the circumstances advised to you at the time you apply to them for a product or service.

For example, CMC will let you know if they will provide information about you to credit reference and fraud prevention agencies.
